We are here to support you from day one.
Planning
After agreeing a fee with yourselves including a detailed breakdown of project costs, we will begin the planning phase for the project. This entails drawing up a plan of action and sharing a transparent timeline. Our architectural team will carry out a full evaluation of your property and create the building regulation-compliant blueprints and structural drawings for us to work with.
Construction
Here is where our expertise strongly differentiates LewisLowe. Once we move forward with the contract, we will carry out all construction works to your property as laid out in planning to the finest standard. We handle everything in-house from the ground up, right to finishing with plumbing and electrics. We’ll keep you informed all the way so that you are always up-to-date with progress.
Finishing
Our expert in house specialists will deliver an outstanding finish to your build. Once the project is completed, we will carry out a final inspection to ensure you are completely satisfied. Building Control sign-off will mark our completion.
